Pamela, I did exactly what you suggested and got the same results. Bookport Transfer seems to have the last book that I selected when I enter and the book is uncued. It is not only the book look in tab, but the book is also in the place look in tab and both are uncued. I have to backtab and cue them both for the book to be finally sent. BT will only let me transfer one book at a time. I successfully transferred a folder that I had saved with 30 books in it when the Bookshare used the unpack tool. When I unzip a book I use the alt key and tab once to the select all and hit enter. Could that be the problem? I am frustrated. Thank you forr your help Pamela. Secondly, I'm not sure why you're having to do all of that tabbing. Perhaps, instead of that, you could try alt l which is the hot key for the Lookin Box. This will put you in the listview for it and you will then use your arrows to select. Press space on the first thing you want to select, followed by control down arrow and press space on each one you want to select. That way, if there's something in that list that you don't want to send, the control downarrow will allow you to move through, but the selection won't be made until you press the space again. Once you have all your selections made, simply press the Enter key. You can also shift down arrow as long as you intend to select everything. The key strokes you mention should still work, but if not, you can try those. You can change where the lookin box points to by pressing the Backspace key. Depending on where it is pointing to, you may need to press it more than once. Then, use the arrow keys to select another location and press Enter. It should default to that location the next time you open the program. I might say that the same time Bookshare started using zipped books I got a VRStream and loaded a program called Stream Companion on my computer if that is any problem. Anyway now I have to go through a a lot of steps and can only download one book at a time even though I cue all the books that I wish to transfer. Now I have to press the space bar to select a book using BT and them tab to the send which does nothing but single out the book that I wish to transfer. Then I have to back tab to the first look in which has the book only that is uncued, and have to again cue it with the space bar. Then I tab twice to which is normally the list of books, but is now only the uncued book and cue it with the space bar also. Finally I am able to tab to the send tab to press the enter button and it is then transferred to my bookport. That is only for one book. Then to select the next book to be sent I have to back tab to the first look in tab and arrow to the My Documents and press the enter button. Next I tab twice to the look in tab and find a list of everything that is in My Documents. I then select My Music and press enter. Then I arrow down to the Sample Books and press enter. Finally my list of books is seen and I then arrow to the next book and do it all over again. When Bookshare used the Unpacking tool I use to cue the whole list using shift control End starting at the top of the list to select the whole list and then press the enter and every one of the books would be transferred to my Bookport. I hope that someone can help me please. Sample Music is where the Bookport Transfer looked for books when I first downloaded the Bookport Transfer program. I never changed it. Should I change where the books are taken from? I should not have to do this long convoluted progress to download one book to my bookport. Can anyone help? Thank you for your help. Kent
