[bookport] problem fixed

Pamela: Thanks for the advice. I reformatted the card and installed the beta
firmware and the bookport is working well! It appears that with cards that can
be two or four gig you have to have the switch in the middle for 2 gig.
However, with the beta firmware I have set my card to 4 gig. It is so
wonderful how much audio and etext I can load onto the bookport.
