[bookport] next section in magazines.

I'm having a problem with the next section command in nls magazines
like pc-computing, science news and the new york times large print
edition. I believe next section used to work. It seems the lines of
colons, 3's, or whatever they are are getting messed up by the back
translator before they hit the part of the program that puts in
section markers. Anybody having this problem or know what I'm talking
about?
