You have to use the transfer program to load Audible files. I was responding 
to a post that dealt specifically with MP3 files, which do not necessarily 
need to be loaded via the transfer program, although bypassing the transfer 
software will cause them to not be indexed.

In my case, I always use BP transfer to load Audible files; I use BP and a
card reader at various times.
