Did you go get the firmware update and the software update? Without =
those
two files then there is no way to do the audible programs. =20

The firmware is at:
http://www.aph.org/beta/bpfw_beta.exe
=20
You will want to save this to your computer, where you can find it. =
This
firmware is to be done manually. It isn't part of the update feature in =
the
current book Port Launcher. =20

Then prior to installing the firmware download the software at:
http://www.aph.org/beta

It will open a page that I recommend reading and if you agree to what it
says then click the Yes button at the bottom.

It will take you to another page, click on "Book Port, portable device
designed to read electronic books"=20

Then click on "=95=A0Download Book Port Software" to start the download.
Remember to save it in a location you can find.

Remember that this is BETA firmware and software, This means you are =
testing
unproven software to see if it will work correctly. Usually there is no
worry but they are not responsible if something happens. So far I have =
used
it and haven't seen any problems but I just did the firmware and =
software
updates. So I haven't really tested it much yet. =20

Remember to install the firmware, then the software. I recommend
downloading both files prior to doing anything.

Hi Dave,
Bearing in mind that i am a klutz with computers. let me first say that =
i
don't know how to find the hardware or software update buttons. Once in =
a
while bp will say no update when I plug it in. I entered on transfer =
but
found the button no options. If you can tell me how to install the =
needed
hardware and software for Audible. i would be a very happy camper. =
Thanks.
Then when i plug in bp to a usb port it doesn't launch so I go to bp
transfer on my desktop and then don't know what to do. Thanks.
