Hi Marta:

I'll pass this along to our programmers. Thanks for reporting it.

As a former proofreader, stammering was always a problem, but nevertheless, I'll pass it along and try to make it clear to them.

Hello:
I wonder if other folks come across this glitch in the bookport. Sometimes the contraction for was will be translated as a quote or the word be will be
translated as a semicolon when the braille files are sent to the bookport.
At one point, one of the acronyms in one of the hp books, SPEW was
translated as so people every will, and the letters separated by dashes in
front of words, meant to indicate that someone is perhaps stuttering are
translated as the words they're supposed to represent; p- translated as
people, b- as but, etc. It's kind of annoying to read when this comes up.
Is there a way to correct those errors?
Marta
