Sky, All you need to do is reset your unit with 2+b. I'd also recommend focussing on the Memos folder and deleting it within the transfer software, if you don't have important memos on your unit. Sometimes the folder will get slightly messed-up so to speak, and deleting it cures the problem. Then the next time you try to create a memo it will automatically re-create the folder and all will be well.
