[bookport] bookport unable to play mp3 and audible files

Following my earlier message, I have reformatted the bp and deactivated and
reactivated my audible account. All mp3 and audible files when copied to the bp
have the correct length but just play white noise when I try to play them. I
have also tried copying files directly to the card and also reformatted the
card. I have also updated to the latest firmware.
Larry or anyone can you help
