The PAC Mate cable works flawlessly. I don't think I've ever used the one
that came with the BP, to tell the truth, and I've never encountered a
problem. The nice thing about this interchangeability is that it means you
only have to keep one cable connected to your computer's USB port.

I missed placed the USB cable that came with my BookPort. I do however, have
another mini USB Cable that came with my Pac Mate. Does anyone know if it
would be ok to use the USB Cable I use for my Pac Mate for my BookPort?
