Hi Larry et al. Unfortunately, I tried uninstalling and re-installing the driver before writing to the list. Any other ideas anyone? Still can see the unit as a drive, but cannot access it using the Tranfer Tool. Incidentally, I'm running 1.4.3. Both machines can see the device, and it can be browsed and used as a card reader, but = neither installation of the transfer tool will connect to the device. The only similar peculiarity of the machines is that they both have their hard = drives partitioned into two drives, lettered J on one machine and K on the other, however both machines have vacant drive letters between D and J or K, and = on both machines, the Book Port winds up H most of the time. Before I re-installed Windows onto one of the machines, I had successfully transferred many megabytes of data between that machine and the Book Port. Any ideas or common experiences out there?
