Hi, If you use the Book Port transfer software to transfer MP3s, sentences, paragraphs etc. are marked up based on pauses in the file. If you use Windows Explorer and a card reader, you can still read the file, your location is saved, and you can move by time increments like 2 seconds, 5 seconds, and 30 seconds. Using Book Port transfer is a much slower process. So if you need the detailed indexing, use that; otherwise use a card reader and Windows Explorer.
