[bookport] RFB&D Audio Books Compressed

Hi! Has anyone had experience Downloading a RFB&DO book on CD onto the Book
Port? I did, of course, purchase the patch from RFB&DO to allow me to do this
but I am trying to have the playback in a speeded-up mode I also know the Book
Port Transfer has Options for a compression mode, but I have not been
successful and the ASH technical have never done this.
Questions:
1. Can this be done?
2. If yes, can you send me the step-by-step procedure.
