Are you running the latest version of both the Book Port Transfer and
the Book Port Firmware? If not, then I would definitely update, because
the latest versions are crucial to 4 gig cards. Some cards have
switches that need to be set. If so, you might check that. Also, if
nothing else, then format it on the PC. You'll have to use a card
reader to format it the first time. Then, once you've formatted it with
the PC, then you can put it back in the Book Port and reformat it with
the Book Port.
If that doesn't help, please let us know and we will get to the bottom
of it.

Hi Everyone,
I Just bought two four gig flash cards from deal ram.com. I tried to
format them with my new bookport the bookport doesn't respond but when I
put in my two gig flash card the bookport works normally. I tried
hooking the bookport up to my computer and formatting the flash card
through my computer but nothing happened. Also when I plugged in the
bookport with the four gig flash card none of the bookport software
loaded. I would greatly appreciate any help with this problem.
