You might have a very long wait if you live in WV. I live in New Zealand. When I decided to order my wife a book port, I asked for it to be shipped to my sister in WV. The hope was we could avoid paying customs duties that many here have experienced when ordering book ports. The book port was sent but only the invoice for it ever arrived at my sister's house. APH honoured the purcahse by replacing it when two months had elapsed after the original had been shipped. I decided to accept whatever customs required and asked APH to send the replacement directly here to New Zealand, happily agreeing to pay the additional shipping cost. The replacement arrived here in about ten days, with no mention of additional customs requirements.
