Hello,
I'm having problems to get out of one folder and go to the list of folders.
I did it once, but now when I try to do it again, nothing happens. When I
press star 0 it makes a sound and I continue in the same folder.
Please, what can I do?

Hi Tat,
Yes, you press Star and 0 together to leave the folder; then you'll be in a
list of all the folders. When you find one you want to enter, press 0 and
Pound together.
