[bookport] DAISY books from Bookshare, formatting, and Bookport

I've been trying to figure out which Bookport reading movement commands
work on the DAISY formatted books from Bookshare.
Do these DAISY files have mark-ups for sections, pages, etc. which the
Bookport follows. I can't seem to understand the r results I get when
navigating these books.
