That having been said, sound forge is a bit pricy for me right now (though I still might elect to purchase it since I did have aspirations of using this computer for my "yet to be" home studio. I might just go with total recorder for now since Milton Ota says that would work for the purpose of making MP3 files from NLS cassette recordings.
