As I said, I used the uninstaller for both the transfer software and Book
Wizard Reader; then I deleted the APH folder from the programs directory;
then i deleted the APH folder(s) from documents and settings. Then I
deleted the APH folder from common files. After all that, when I
reinstalled the software the program (a) did not ask me to reboot, and (b)
remembered all of my settings. What do I still need to delete or modify?
