[bookport] Card Full

I reformatted a flash card using 1, 3, D and F. There are two things on the
card, a memo folder and the User's Manual. I tried to convert a book to
audio and send it to the card. The file converts, but will not write to the
card. Twice I have received the message "card full." Any suggestions about
what the problem could be would be very much appreciated.
