Also, check to be sure the Internet access is working on the PC where the 
problem is occurring and that you are running it on an administrative rights 
account.
  You also want to make sure the PC is seeing the book port in order for it to 
see the update.

Well, the transfer software itself says there is no new version.
And I have formatted the card.
Will try with different card too.
