It is never my intension to talk down to anyone, so I'm sorry if I made you
feel that way.
It is our goal for the Book Port + to do everything that the current Book Port
does, plus more. However, because of time limitations on the release date,
there are some things that haven't been implemented. That doesn't mean it is
not important to us, it just means we were unable to get it done within the
time frame in which we have to work in.
Speaking of which: Margo, I have asked about the Serotek support and I've been
told by Larry that it is being worked on and planned for. However, it will not
be in the initial release. Sorry. I have no control over that.

When I brought up the lack of a notetaking function in previous postings, I got
the feeling that I was talked down to, so I may probably be looking at some
other vendor for my needs. In this day of small markets, APH cannot afford to
lose customers, but it looks like this is what will happen.

I've listened to the interview and reviewed the documentation. I didn't find
anything about using the device as a Braille notetaker. That's something I
still use my Bookport for. It doesn't seem the keypad configuration will
support this very well, even if the feature is planned.
Has anyone read or heard anything on this?
