Sharon,

I wanted to respond to your enhancement suggestions. You're not the first to request a shuffle feature for MP3 files. It's already on our list -- for consideration. I can't promise anything right now. Regarding your suggestion to allow users to adjust the volume by pressing and holding the volume keys, this approach is problematic because we are now using the press and hold function on those keys for Power Search. As a result, we're going to stick with the current user interface.

I also wanted to make a general comment to everyone who has sent in enhancement requests. I do monitor this list and I record all of your suggestions. So, even if you don't hear from me personally, I do keep track of your ideas. Thanks for taking the time to let us know what you like and what you don't like.
