[bookcourier] Problem updating BookCourier firmware

HI Katie -
Have updated the Transfer Tool software OK, but am unable to update the
firmware using the 'Check for Updates' in the Help menu - my fault, I had
to abort the operation initially, now the transfer tool thinks the
firmware has been updated, but I know it hasn't - can I download the
firmware software separately and do a manual installation on the BC?
