Hi Ian,
Go to
http://www.bookcourier.com/Xfer.htm
and download and install the BC transfer tool.
After that, connect your BC, open the transfer tool and go to the help menu,
and then check for updates. You'll be told there is a more recent version
of the software and do you want to proceed with the update. Hit the yes
button. Then you'll get another message to say that the files have been
copied to book courier and to disconnect the BC so that the updates can be
installed. There's an okay button so hit that and then disconnect your BC.
If you're wearing your headphones, you'll hear a lot of messages and then
the all too familiar beep as the BC switches off. That's it. You're done.
