They are at refuge HQ still. They posted YouTube video this afternoon of them
walking around the fire barracks there.

From the way they are letting many of them leave the refuge now, it's
apparent they don't plan to arrest everyone that was there.
Of the 4 still there, the FBI has said they will only arrest one. He has
"bench warrants" from Wisconsin.
(That's not to say they couldn't do something between now and when they
leave that causes them to be arrested.)
