As it should be! I'm sure there was a lot of criminal activity going on that
will become evident when all is said and done.
No leniency.

Hi -
My expectation is that once law enforcement accesses the HQ, they will
fingerprint everything in sight, determine from existing videos who was
driving govt. heavy equipment to dig which trenches, etc. and more charges
will be filed. I also expect that they will uncover evidence of crimes by
individuals who have been let leave, and some of them will be tracked down,
arrested, and charged.

Maybe it's just wishful thinking....but could it be that charges will be
brought against others later? When prosecutors have had time to develop a
case....nevertheless I would love to see every last one behind bars....for a
long long time.

Like who, Mary?
From the way they are letting many of them leave the refuge now, it's
apparent they don't plan to arrest everyone that was there.
Of the 4 still there, the FBI has said they will only arrest one. He has
"bench warrants" from Wisconsin.
(That's not to say they couldn't do something between now and when they
leave that causes them to be arrested.)

I wonder if in fact they (LE) do know where those who have not (yet) been
arrested are. Maybe they are biding their time....I can hope.....so as not
to stir up everyone all at once.....

I hope to goodness that these guys don’t get released. I know the judge has
said she wouldn’t release them as long as the occupation is ongoing. But I
fear that even after things have resolved at the refuge: one, that they
will leave Oregon and not return, daring law enforcement efforts to get
them back for any future court appearances, and/or two: that they will
return to the refuge even after the occupation is over to retaliate in
revenge for Finicum or harm refuge staff. They don’t have a good track
record for cooperation and honesty (despite the fact that only Finicum
appears to have resisted arrest).
