The Center for Biological Diversity is pleased to invite you to the
unveiling of the 11th mural in our national *Endangered Species Mural
Project

on Sunday, April 30, in North Portland.
Join us for an afternoon celebration of the streaked horned lark and
Kincaid's lupine now on the wall of Artist & Craftsman Supply. The goal of
the mural project is to raise awareness of endangered species’ plight and
to foster connections between local wildlife and community strength. The
lark and lupine are two imperiled residents of our Willamette Valley
prairies that have lost more than 95 percent of their habitat to urban and
agricultural sprawl.
Come meet the artists and scientists from the Center at this free,
family-friendly event with music, refreshments and crafts -- and bring your
own T-shirt if you'd like it screenprinted.
