[bmc] Blackhills Voucher System

I know it been a long time since I issued the first set of voucher
statements, however I have set to and spent the whole of this morning
getting it up to date.  As the Wi-fi on the campsite isn't brilliant, I'm
just attaching the summary page for now.

 

I have some vouchers earned by the following volunteers, but I don't know
which group to allocate their vouchers too / don't have an e-mail address
for them.  If anyone can provide the missing information, then please let me
know.

I have been approached by Julie Wright, who has volunteered to take over the
running of the voucher system.  I'm more than happy for someone else to take
