[blindza] Changes with regard to the employment rights of disabled people?

Hi
Was chatting to a friend of mine who only has one leg this past weekend, and
he mentioned something to me regarding the fact that apparently something to
do with the employment equity act has changed around a month ago or
something, but he didn't give meany details, but reckoned that apparently
'disabled' people have less rights than they used to.
Does this ring any bells, or do you think he might have been mistaken?
