I want to thank Jan for posting all the recipes and information.
now it is time for work.
Has anyone lost weight this week, I am still stable, I didn't' work out this
week, but I didn't' go up.
How much does everyone want to lose? me at least 50
And who is doing online and who is doing meetings, I am doing online.
