I lost a pound last week.  My goal is to lose 20 pounds then I'll work on
the next 20.  It is easier for me if I focus on losing small amounts at a
time so I'll work on the first 20 and hope I can do it by Easter. I refuse
to buy any new clothes until I lose 20 pounds and I have to go to a dinner
on Valentine's Day so I hope I can wear my designated dress. I'm doing this
on line; I don't have time to leave work and run off to meetings and I am
limited by lack of evening transportation.

now it is time for work.

Has anyone lost weight this week, I am still stable, I didn't' work out this
week, but I didn't' go up.

How much does everyone want to lose? me at least 50

And who is doing online and who is doing meetings, I am doing online.
