Where do you live, we have a Great Harvest Bread store here as well. I've been eating the best cereal call 7 grain by Nature's Path. i usually purchase it at Sunflower Market, but I saw a similar version at Walmart last week and much cheaper. You're looking for ruffage, try black beans. Well, any kind of bean will do. I like lots of veggies, but don't dowse them with salad dressings. You'll blow the goodness of them as well as the caloric intake. I also like Fiber One bars to snack on. they are packed with fiber 9 grams and boy are they yummy. My favorite flavors are caramel and chocolate. My 9 year old daughter loves the strawberry almond and the apple cinamon one. They also have peanut butter but that one is 3 points per bar and the others are only 2. I never thought of bean soup with sweet potatoes in it, but I'm willing to try anything. Someone told me that peanutbutter and onion sandwiches are good, and I love both individually, so I thought, why not try? I probably should have minced the onion instead of putting a nice thick slice on there. Didn't like that, and haven't tried that again. I get wonderful oatbran flax seed bread from Great Harvest Bread Company when I can. It is getting kind of expensive, but I would hate to see that wonderful chain go out of business. Any suggestions about good, healthy sandwiches, good roughage, would be appreciated.
