My local office mentioned something about audio and I told them I didn't
want audio because it was too hard to look things up with that and I still
wanted braille. I sent them another note the other day to see what was
happening and to keep myself on their radar so they don't forget to but the
national office.

I went back to WW today after being gone for 3 weeks. Surprise, surprise, I
gained a tiny bit 1.4 lbs. Not bad. I was expecting 2 or 3 lbs.
What i want to do is keep this weight off. I want to lose about 5 lbs or
just a little more. I need to get back to walking and drinking my fluids,
especially water.
I read an article today that said you should drink at least half of your
body weight. So if you weigh 134, you should drink 67 fluid ounces. Right?
I asked about the accessible material and the manager said they were in the
process of getting Braille copies made, but they take longer to get. I
ordered the CD version and she said that takes about 2 weeks. I'll let you
know when I get them. V
