ok, petro, i didwhat you outlined but it still does not work even though i
do have the missing dll file it does not work the replay converter 2.80
still works but not replay converter 3.20
please advise

What I would do is:
Uninstall Replay AV 8.51, YouSendIt Express, WinPCap, Replay Converter via
Control Panel's add or remove. Make sure you copy the schedule.dat file to
another place on your computer. Reboot computer. Download the new Replay AV
8.51 .exe file but do not run it yet. Shut down your computer for 2 minutes.
Start computer and run the Replay AV 8.51 .exe file now. I have not run this
Replay AV 8.51 yet so I am not sure what happens with Replay Converter 3
whether it comes with RAV 8.51 or if it is a separate installation.
