[blindreplay] replay converter 3.20 error and help needed.

I have reinstalled replay av8.51 along with replay converter 3.20 and
keep getting this error when trying to convert files with replay converter
3.20

Please help this is totally frustrating and is baffeling to say the least
the replay converter 2.80 works but would like to be able to use the new
converter as well.
