[blindreplay] m3u files in Replay AV

There is a setting to enable or disable m3u files.
Go into settings which you can reach through the file menu of RAV (alt-f)
When in settings,
tab to where RAV announce folders (1 of 8).
then right arrow to the column labeled
other 8 of 8
Now tab to where RAV announces the option
make m3u playlist files after recording.
This is a checkbox which, you can check or uncheck as desired.
Don't want m3u files then make certain it is unchecked.
