Yes, you are correct. I didn't mean to say that I
could not find the link at Google. In fact, I did,
but ran into the same problem you mention in your post
below. But as someones has mentioned previously, this
sort of thing is not at all uncommon in the case of
Clear Channel stations.
For example, Keel, which is a station at 710khz on the
AM dial, and is located in Shreveport, LA, I am given
the same sort of information. I find a purported way
of "listening live", but no such live Internet stream
seems to exist. I should also like to know the
explanation behind this mystery. While it may very
well be true that a given station is not being
streamed on the Net, then why on Earth do you include
links on the station's page that indicate the
contrary?
I do not use JFW, but rather Window-Eyes. But I can
nonetheless attest to the fact that certain badly
coded JavaScript has all too often bedeviled blind
individuals using screen readers.
I can provide no consolation with regard to this
matter, except to urge all blind computer users to
fervently get on Clear Channel's case.
The final comment I can make on this subject is that
the link that you give below, and that I've seen at
that same location, seems to indicate a reference to
high definition radio. I admit my ignorance here.
Are high definition radio stations streamed over the
Net currently? I do not know.
