Hi,
I just uninstalled the appp plus folders in program files 86 plus under myh user name, app data, and roaming.
Then I installed again.
Remember this computer is a windows 10 computer.

The error I spoke about when installing is as follows:

This computer is running Windows 8 and has an UEFI BIOS
with SecureBoot enabled.
The audio recording module of this program MAY require that
SecureBoot is disabled to function correctly.
If you find that audio recording does not function then
please refer to the online guide for this product for
instructions on how to disable SecureBoot in the BIOS.
OK

Try this,
With replay radio 9 running press alt+r for the record menu bar then choose start recording with enterkeypress then go to your stream and play the stream. Alt+tab back to replay radio 9 and view the my recordings tab’s contents.

No luck.
I used quick record on an ESPN stream.
I checked the folder and no recordings were there.
I also did not see a time countdown after pressing quick record.  It
said zero items.
I got a promt when I tried to close Radio replay that asked if I was
sure I wanted to close quick record.  I said yes.
