Is anyone regularly scheduling downloads from the BBC World Service archives? The BBC doesn't podcast much and they only post archives of their shows for a week. It would be great if we could have Replay go to the weekly archive of the show we like, and then download and convert it in the background. There would be no need to keep track of schedule or time zone changes and miss recording the show. I thought of this when I was capturing the archive of Global Business. For those interested, the web page for this program is at:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/worldservice/programmes/global_business.shtml

I realized what will make this happen is a consistent URL from week to week for the most recent show. Even if the URL is stable, it is unclear how Replay should be set up for this to happen, as the user needs to set start and end times. However, replay can download an archived audio file much faster than its real time length. I saw the selection link to file in the basic tab, but there was a warning dialogue that popped up when I highlighted this option. Does anyone have any experience with this link to file feature, whether or not you download from the BBC?

Kelly
