Here is a filter step-by-step I found in my archived messages from
this list. It was posted by our moderator. HTH Norma
For a simple filter that you can do for list and personal. 1. Go to email you want filter for and sit on it. 2. Do a alt + s, and arrow down to make filter and hit enter. 3. Tab 6 times should put you on from list box, now arrow this to any recipient. 4. If you tab it should say name of list email address. If leave this on from it will have the address of who its from. 5. Tab 2 times and should have mailbox name if you have a mailbox already created tab to in... and hit enter a list will show just arrow to mailbox and hit enter. 6. Now just tab to create filter... hit enter. Your filter is made do a control + a to select all email. Now do a alt +s and hit enter all email will go to its filtered mailbox.
