Hi Leonard.

Thanks for this and I hope that your suggestion might be helpful to 
others.  Window-Eyes locates the return receipt button using its mouse 
keys, and although I do use this feature from time to time, it isn't quite 
the function that I am looking for.  Looks like there could be third party 
utilities which might just be the answer.
