Hi.Sorry, your email is a little confusing. Do you need to enter your license details for Eudora 8? I was under the impression that Eudora 8 was open sourced and thus didn't need registration under any conditions. Having sponsored mode Eudora is no bad thing really, they stopped trafficking adds some time ago so there is just a grey logo in the advertisement window. The only things you lose out on are the spam watch feature, for which an alternative like Spamnix (www.spamnix.com) is a good replacement, the boss watch feature which warned you when sending emails to groups of people where a boss email address was also included in that group and fast search which was a built in version of the x1 search client customised for Eudora. This allowed indexing of emails and searching would take milliseconds rather than seconds even when searching large numbers of emails in different mailboxes.

Sense Eudora don't support Eudora and don't sell it. you can't register it unless you had a paid version of 7, then 8 will work with that. Other wise all you get is sponsored mode and a Eudora logo no ads. the Microsoft viewer is really personal choice. it will read links and use them like it should, but you can also receive viruses and other harmful stuff. but if you got a good virus checker that ain't much to worry about. The auto activation of a link with it turned off. Only happens in jaws say all mode.Tim Blindeudora list owner.
