Opinions are always welcome on this list. If I see something that shouldn't be I will stop it or inform on it.
That way asking is possible and getting a answer also possible. If the guidelines need to be posted to list as a reminder. I can do with ease.I try to run a good list, and keep the crap to a min, but sometimes it does get through and I deal with it.
