got this from a friend on amazon
My question Joseph, would be is what is the rating for the seller on ebay?
I would also like to point out as others have that most if not all newer
tv's will be smart tvs unless you can find something that is older then when
the smart tv market started.

Amazon would only offer refurbished or what they refer to as renewed
models of this TV brand. They havent offered the Element brand for at
least 5, maybe 6 years even.

Amazon now sells the Toshiba and Best Buys Insignia brand. Theres
some other models from other brands which may support Fire TV as well.

Theres two renewed Element brand TFs available from Amazn and the other
one is a 32-inch for $149.

It doesnt state that it is Fire TV but you could add a Fire TV device
to it.

$104 seems to not be the most reasonable price for a refurbished TV

If you want a pre-owned TV, checkout a thift store like Salvation Army.
Theygo over any electronics they resell to be certain that they are in
working order and you can add a Fire TV device. I have purchased a couple
of these which were flat screen TVs in the pastandafter several years, they
still work I paid $40 for a 22-inch and $55 for a 32-inch.

Heres an example and you can see the price difference for a brand new
TV is only $35
Insignia NS-24DF310NA21 24-inch Smart HD 720p TV - Fire TV
4.6 out of 5 stars13,061
$139.99$139.99$169.99

Amazon no longer sells the Element brand.
