Ebay is perfectly safe. I use them all the time. The biggest thing is just 
to look at the seller’s feedback and see how much positive vs negative 
feedbafck they’ve received, and if anyone has actually written comments 
about their experience with the seller. If you don’t feel confident enough 
to navigate around the site thoroughly then perhaps Amazon woudl be a better 
choice for you, although quite frankly, Ebay really isn’t that difficult, 
and they’ve done a tremendous job at making sure it’s up to par with the 
most recent W3 web criteria.

  I would also like to point out as others have that most if not all newer 
tv's will be smart tvs unless you can find something that is older then when 
the smart tv market started.

    Amazon would only offer refurbished or what they refer to as 
�renewed� models of this TV brand.� They haven�t offered the Element 
brand for at least 5, maybe 6 years even.
