Thanks Jon and Marilyn, this is just straight cocoa, Cellabaut brand. I have
had someone read the pack, it states it needs be kept between 12c and 20c,
so I am wondering if the store has thought this needs to be in the fridge
with those recommended temps? It is summer here now so perhaps they were
being careful. I am taking the chance and storing the cocoa in an air tight
container in a solid cupboard. Hope I have done the right thing.

It's beautiful cocoa, very rich and dark.

If anyone hears anything about storage, I'd be pleased to know. Very best.
Valerie P.S taking a turkey jon, did it have a special stuffing?

Sounds like you're comparing unsweetened cocoa powder that you bake
with, or make drinking cocoa from scratch, with sweetened cocoa drink
mix. I have never refrigerated cocoa powder myself. You might want
to ask someone at the store where you got it about storage. If
you're using cocoa powder like you would drink mix, you're in for an
unsweetened surprise. Happy chocolating!

Marilyn
