Real Healthy Baked Sweet Potato

Baked sweet potato is a wonderful complex carb to include in a few of your
daily meals. The natural sweetness is a welcome addition to a meal of protein
and veggies! Feel free to bake enough for several days and store in the fridge
to use as needed. Enjoy!
SERVES
6
2 sweet potatoes
olive oil spray
sea salt
black pepper
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Line a baking sheet or pan with parchment paper.
Rinse and scrub the sweet potatoes.
Pat dry with a paper towel and pierce several times with a fork or knife.
Place in the prepared pan.
Lightly spray the sweet potatoes with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes to an hour, until tender when
poked.
Cut each sweet potato into 3 segments.
Each segment is one serving.
Enjoy!
Sugar’s note:
I do with out the salt and pepper and add a little butter and cinnamon.
