I have never had no eaten spetzel, though one of my chefs back in school
said he would make it for us and never did. I can check some time today to see
if Cooks' Illustrated magazine has done a review of spetzel machines, but my
guess is they have not. I'm afraid you are on your own on this one. But if
you buy one of these machines and make them using it, I'd love to hear how they
turned out and if you'd recommend it to others.
