There is a real issue regarding the fallout from the Me Too movement. For one
thing, one has to differentiate between serious harm that a man does to a woman
and something which may be unpleasant or objectionable, but hardly reason for
public censure or firing him. For another, an unscrupulous woman can accuse a
man and cause him harm, for her own self serving reasons, even if he hasn't
done anything wrong, and people may quickly believe her and blame him. It's
become like the accusation of anti-semitism, something that might be true, but
is often used to defend Israel against people whose criticisms of it are
justified. It's difficult to know who's right and who's wrong, these days.
