First, Carl, that was Maria Cantwell's list, although I pretty much agree it
matches mine. As for what he's done right--so far, he hasn't done much right
that I can see. He hasn't the least idea what he's doing, and even the things
he has the right idea on he's going about it wrong. Yes, we could do with cuts
to many federal agencies, but not the way he's doing it by refusing to fill
openings without checking to see whether or not the particular role is needed.
